TAKSTAR SGC-598 Shotgun Microphone Overview

The SGC-598 Shotgun Microphone from TAKSTAR is a on-camera highly sensitive condenser microphone that is specially designed for use with DSLR cameras. It has sensitivity of 10dB and 200Hz low-frequency attenuation, to meet needs of different fields of use and ensure quality recordings. It is also compatible with most cameras as it features standard universal connector specifications. It is lightweight, made of alloy materials that give it a sturdy solid design that can effectively shield against electromagnetic interference. It's shock-resistant structural design helps to reduce the mechanical noise of the camera and other vibration noise.

With heart-shaped single-point pickup feature also enables the mic to effectively reduce the noise of the surrounding environment. The mic is ideal for use in interviews, photography as well as other occasions that require the pick up of sound. It is powered by 1.5V AA alkaline batteries (not included in the package), providing a battery-life of up to 100 hours. It has a low power indicator to alert you when you need to replace the battery.
