4k 60p Recording in 10-Bit

The Sony A7 IV comes with a 33MP sensor which allows for fat processing and has a 10-bit recording while using the full width of the sensor. The camera also offers you and oversampling of upto 7K with impressive sharpness and realism.

The Sony A7 IV does not limit your recording time and features an improved dissipating structure for improved recording time.

33MP Exmor R BSI CMOS Sensor

The Sony A7 IV comes with a newly developed 33MP Exmor R BSI CMOS full-frame sensor which features a back illuminated design which helps promote vivid colors, very high clarity images as well as low noise.

Its sensor also easily achieves an impressive dynamic range of approximately 15 stops with the files being recorded in raw, JPEG or 10-bit HEIF format.

BIONZ XR Processor

The Sony A7 IV has been installed the BIONZ XR engine which gives it high-speed image processing abilities with upto 4K video recording as well an advanced AF tracking performance.Its sensor and processor enables upto 10 fps shooting.You can either use the mechanical or electronic shutter as well as AF/AE enabled. Its buffer permits recording upto 828 consecutive uncompressed raw + JPEG frames when yo are using a CFexpress Type A card.

AI-Based Autofocus

The Sony A7 IVcoveres approximately 94% of the image area. It has a Fast Hybrid AF system incorporates 759 phase-detection points for quick and easy focusing in different sensitivity down to -4EV.

Real-Time Tracking and Real-time Eye AF

The A7 IV has tuned tracking and subject detection capabilities which locks onto subjects quickly refines focus accurately on eyees and faces.

Going beyond just tracking subjects, Real-time Eye AF fine-tunes your focusing accuracy with the ability to recognize human,bird's or animals.

5-Axis SteadyShot INSIDE Image Stabilization

The system automatically corrects for pitch and yaw adjustments during focal lengths. Its Macro and high-magnification imagery therefore benefits from inclusion of horizontal as well as vertical shift compensation.

Also in video, it has an active IS mode which adds even more precise stabilization methods for smoother images.
