The camera also offers a wide variety of recording formats,resolutions and framerates.

The GH6 comes with an improved sensor unlike its predecessors. It comes with an improved 13+ stops of dynamic range. It has a CFexpress B slot to internally record 5.7K Apple Pros Res 422 HQ, as well as SD slot to capture 10-bit 4K 120P footage which is the highest bitrates giving you unlimited recording time.

Thanks to the Firmware Version 2.0,the Panasonic GH6 supports 12-bit raw video in 5.7K, DCI 4K, Anamorphic 5.8K as well as 4.4k formats through HDMI or when recording to Atomos Ninja V,Atomos Ninja V or on an40p.y other external ewcorders which are in ProRes RAW.
